As you can see, there's a line a few people deep, that line lasts all day and I've seen it as long as ten people before. They've got a few excellent items but you can't beat the hot sausage. The guy uses a sweet relish that he makes at home, amazing, and the bread is this fantastic sorta hoagie/hot dog bread hybrid. Gotta check this out, enjoy. I love the concept of the shows. I believe "Irie" is a Caribbean slang. I learned it when I was over there for vacation. They would combine two or more words together. In this case Irie is "ALL RIGHTY". So when someone ask you "How you doing?" you say "Irie". My sisters favorite is "Whoppen???" that's someone asking "What Happened??" Keep up the good work.
